What was the biggest highlight of your business in 2021?

We had just started selling to individual customers overseas, and were still exploring the possibilities of overseas sales, but now that we have been able to achieve results by opening an ALLU store on eBay, we are beginning to realize the possibilities.

Any advice for sellers aiming to win the awards?

In accordance with eBay's policy, ALLU worked on improving the quality of customer service to gain the trust of customers and create repeat customers. At the same time, we were able to improve the SEO of the mall by displaying product information in an easy-to-understand manner, and we were able to achieve a certain level of success in attracting new customers.
