What kind of year was 2021 for your company?

It was a year of leaps and bounds. I sold a lot of items. I started eBay a year and a half ago, but at the time it wasn't selling at all, and I had a series of problems that nearly made me lose my motivation many times. I never imagined that I would be able to receive an award within a year and a half.　It was a year when I realized the importance of being persistent and never giving up.

What was the biggest highlight of your business in 2021?

When I was depressed because of the continuous troubles, I received a call about the loss of goods in transit as if to push me over the edge. When I told the buyer about it, he said, "I'm sure we'll find the product. Please look at this picture and cheer up. Since it was a high-priced product, I was mentally exhausted, so the warmth of the message with the photo made me cry. After that, I found the product and cried again. (This time I cried with happiness lol.)

Any advice for sellers aiming to win the awards?

Of course, it is important to polish up techniques for selling, but the essence is not in that; it is better to think about the human connection first. Answer your customers' questions politely, ship as quickly as possible, and pack more sturdily than necessary. You can feel secure buying from this seller. I believe that providing services that make people feel that way will lead to repeat customers and increase sales.
