We are very honored to have been selected from among so many sellers. I believe that all of you have been motivated and have made further efforts and innovations under the very difficult circumstances of the Corona disaster. Fortunately, I think we had the advantage of being an e-commerce company that does not have contact with buyers. Most importantly, even though the needs of our customers remained high, and we were able to work hard every day. Although the future is still uncertain, we will continue to respond to the environment and strive to deliver even higher quality services to our buyers.

What kind of year was 2021 for your company?

I had hoped that this year would be a year of leaps and bounds as in "Hop, Step, Jump!", but we were baptized by the Corona disaster and had to cope with the rapidly changing market conditions. To be honest, it was very difficult for me to cope with the great uncertainty, but I managed to overcome it by working calmly based on my past experiences. “If you have the spirit to work hard today, without regretting the past or being pessimistic about the future, you will be fine!" Although we were not able to take any new initiatives, we continued to develop our existing work in a generous and careful manner, keeping in mind the need to "think a little ahead, think even further ahead.” I feel like I have a vague idea of what our company should be.

Any advice for sellers aiming to win the awards?

I feel that this category is characterized by a certain urgency. It's a little different from hobbies, thoughts, and entertainment, and I think there are many buyers who want to get and use the product as soon as possible. I think the best service is the speed and reliability of shipping. Now, by using a courier, the physical disadvantage of distance can be reduced. As a buyer, I think it is essential to raise the level of essential requirements such as quality and quantity of inventory, and to raise awareness through promotions that appeal to the needs of buyers.
