What kind of year was 2021 for your company?
Beginning with the operation of the CS Center in conjunction with the switch to Managed Payments, we have begun operating the eBay Support Channel. We have been providing services for corporate sellers until now, but now we will be involved in a wider and deeper range of services for individual sellers as well, so this year will be beginning for us, and at the same time, we feel a responsibility to provide even better services in the future.
Any advice for sellers aiming to win the awards?
The goal of eBay Japan is to meet and exceed the needs of our sellers. Therefore, we feel that services that have an impact from a seller's perspective will be evaluated very positively. I believe that what is necessary to win the award is how well you understand the needs of the sellers and provide solutions to them.
